I signed up to facebook earlier in the year so that I would have an idea what it is and how to use it. I must admit however, that I do not keep my posts up to date as it is not my favoured method of communication with friends. I think it would be great if you had family and friends overseas or even interstate or if you were travelling but at this stage in my life none of those particularly apply. I will try and do a bit more with my facebook page in the next few weeks, just to keep up with things.
I also joined twitter a few months ago, again to keep up with technology which people are using, but it is definitely not for me. I simply can't be bothered and am not interested in hearing what people are doing right now.
